
MIKE NEEDLE
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of American he has over 30 yrs experience in the food industry. Prior to joining Spectrum Mike has been the Executive Chef and several very popular restaurants in the Buffalo area and also owned and operated his own very popular location called MichaelS Table. His back of the house experience as well as his knowledge of the responsibilities of running a successful operation will serve our manufacturer partners very well.
RICK MANGINO
Rick grew up in the Foodservice business working and managing his families restaurant on Saratoga Lake. His responsibilities included kitchen management, completing food preparation, as well as portion control and pricing. His well rounded background made him a perfect choice for our open position. Rick had been a member of the Spectrum team form 1998 to 2003 when he had t oreturn to the growning family business. Now with even more experience in the front and back of the house we are very pleased to avail our team of his experience.
